Dreaming about a wedding on the 7th floor of a Parking Garage?
This 1111 Lincoln Urban Deco Wedding for Jordan + Claudia, was the bomb! They contacted us since they were dreaming of throwing the most unique Wedding Party. Jordan is a creative mind and everything he has in mind is always cool and fun! Once they contacted our team, we worked hand to hand with him to shape the entire Design and Creative Vision on their day. 1111 Lincoln is one of the top event and wedding venues located in Miami Beach. However, It has some challenges, since It’s a big space and a white canvas. Every wedding we style in this space, Is always perfectly thought and designed.
Starting the planning process
First of all, with 7 months to make everything happen, It was a challenge! Planning the wedding of the year, super excited! In fact, I personally can state that this wedding and the birth of my second child, have been the 2 best thing that this past 2020 has brought us! In addition, our main goal was to convert 1111 Lincoln in a private house. Jordan’s will: make their guests feel that they were stepping in a private space where the raddest party was held. For that, we focused on building a badass team behind the scenes that will work with us on every single detail. From decor rentals, to florals, lighting, staging, live music, catering, etc. We were hosting an event with around 235 guests, so there was no room for mistakes.

Claudia loves fashion and she had a clear vision of how she would look on her day. She chose a couple of bridal designers: Naeem Khan and Alon Livne, and shoes by Rene Caovilla. Make Up and Hair Services by Daniela Gozlan.
Details of their 1111 Lincoln Urban Deco Wedding
TCL Team focuses on designing breathtaking and unique weddings wherever we plan a wedding. This one was challenging due to the dimensions of the venue + the coziness we needed to achieve. We partnered up with two big decor companies Unearthed Rentals and Ace Props Miami.
Wonderful floral work was led by Primrose Florals, one of our partners in crime. They based their color palette and blossoms selection in our couple’s taste. To achieve that Urban Deco Style, they used moody tones and a lot of texture!
Before the party starts…
Claudia and Jordan arrived at 1111 Lincoln prior to all their guests. They took some cool portrait pictures and filmed fun moments. They wanted to welcome all their beloved ones since the first minute!
Let’s the cocktail hour begin!
Prior to their ceremony, guests enjoyed a beautiful cocktail hour with live music and passed hors d’oeuvres. The couple loved the idea of hosting their wedding cocktail first, and then inviting everyone to sit down for their ceremony. The culinary experience was led by HC Collective in collaboration with Brad Kilgore.
The Big Moment…their ceremony
Our couple’s goal, host an extraordinary and unique ceremony. No formal seating, unique songs for their big entrance and the coolest staging ever! We designed a stunning backdrop and altar area to make sure everyone could see them no matter where they were seated. Jordan and his parents walked the aisle, followed by the cutest kids. Finally, the bride made her big entrance with her parents.
There is no party without sabering your Champagne
A breathtaking Reception Dinner
Our couple did not want to host a formal seated dinner. Their dream wedding included lounge groupings, high boy tables at the bar, ottomans, intimate seating areas and a common dining area. The idea…to keep the party alive! Their guests could swing by the food stations area and bars, grab their bites and favorite drinks and find a seat wherever they wanted. A different concept that we love doing in our weddings.
We also offered an Omakase Bar for dinner. Whoever wanted to jump in at the bar, they could taste some delicious sushi bites.
A Deconstructed Cake Live Show as Dessert
Brad Kilgore, Main Chef at their wedding is a good friend of Jordan. He led the kitchen at their wedding. Brad and Jordan created a super creative live dessert show. Instead of having a cake, they designed the “deconstructed cake” live show! We combined a lighting performance together with Fantasia Song and Brad creating the dessert at the same time. Everyone gathered around the dessert table and enjoyed the show!
Ready for the party time?
After this cool show…guests were thirsty of more, so we kept going with Sol + The Tribu to put everyone on the dance floor! Live music, drinks and friends? Best night ever! The live band were incredible and guests enjoyed listening to them & dancing all night long!
