A full service wedding and event planner job’s starts on day #1 and does not end until days or a couple of weeks after the wedding or event is over. On average a planner spends 300 hours planning a wedding. At 12 months out, that’s 25h a month on each wedding. That means if we take 10 weddings a year, we are looking at 250h a month spent just on planning, now you do the math with our flat fee.
Due to this high number of hours needed to produce an event or wedding on the backend, small event planning agencies often have teams between 2-4 before the wedding and between 4-10 during the wedding day. It all depends on the size of your event or wedding and the level of production for each event we plan. Unlike a lot of other wedding or event vendors, this team is not negotiable.
