Little Prince Whimsical Birthday Party Event Planning for Mateo
Our last Little Prince Whimsical Birthday Party for Mateo has been one of our favorite Miami Event Planning Projects of the month! We loved the idea of designing, creating and coordinating such a magical and special 1st yo Birthday Party for Mateo and his family. For this special occasion, The Creative’s Loft, as one of the main Event Planning & Creative Studios in Miami, decided to produce some unique and DIY ideas for the Birthday Party to give a very original touch to this event.
We worked hand to hand with our client María, Mateo’s lovely mama. She contacted us and shared with us her will of coming up with a unique and sophisticated decoration for her son’s 1st Birthday Party. Party Rentals are from Atlas Party Rentals and these guys did such a good job they were wondering How to start a Wedding Rentals Business so that they could give the same level of service. Napkins were by Pretty Tables, Catering & some sweet bites were designed by Rubeka Catering and Floral Design, Overall Decor & Event Planning by the founder of The Creative’s Loft , Adriana Cadet.
The party took place in a beautiful venue located at Coconut Grove on a sunny Sunday. Kids and adults where invited to celebrate Mateo’s Birthday for a few hours. When the first guests came, we had some cute DIY Red Capes for the most little ones as well as some adults. In addition, for each person invited to the party we designed our DIY Gold Crowns and some cute Star Props to take some creative pictures! We hired one of our favorite Photographers for this occasion; Christine Michelle Russo.
She captured each of the moments lived during our party as well as all the magical moments that Mateo lived with his friends and family. The cake was designed by one of our favorite Cake Studios in Florida; Earth & Sugar. We would like to send a special thank you to Janderyn & Desi for this amazing job!
