Miami Luxury Private Event Planning – Brazilian Birthday Party
When organizing a Luxury Private Event for a very important client, at The Creative’s Loft we provide a full integrate event planning service. In this occasion, we planned a wonderful Tropical Brazilian Dinner Party for one of our most important clients. A well known business executive in the homebuilding industry in Miami.
This past Saturday, our client was hosting the 30th Birthday Party for her beautiful Brazilian Girlfriend. It needed to be classy, chic, unique and with a tropical touch. The Creative’s Loft worked hand to hand with our favorite and best vendors to make sure an excellent Event Design for this Private Party. The inspiration of the party was based on the Brazilian Culture mixed with the Miami Tropical Style and a classy ambiance. Glamorous, chic, elegant and stylish. A beautiful boutique private event, where our client invited very close friends and family. Lovely moments were lived and Brazilian dancers performed as a surprise for the young birthday lady in the middle of the night.
The Creative’s Loft worked in an overall Event Design Proposal; Floral Design and Table Decor based on a Tropical and Brazilian Style, taking care of every single detail. The guests were surprised by the beauty of the event decor and how everything looked during the sunset and night. We designed a layout with a main table in the middle for the closest family and 3 more secondary tables for the rest of friends and family. Really good friends of the family joined our clients to celebrate our client’s Birthday.
In addition, we designed and decored the Food Station in a more Tropical and Rustic way. We rented two wonderful Farm Tables from one of our best vendors, Simple Rustic. We decorated these two tables with wooden crates, tropical flowers to give a unique touch and lots of candles. A beautiful set up with views to Miami Skyline. In this case, the private villa of our client was a stunning and wonderful venue, where we could manage different layouts and set ups to make sure everything looked amazing.

Our table decor was inspired in Tropical and Brazilian Style. We based our design proposal in whites and golds, to be classy and glamorous to the overall table decor. To add the tropical and Brazilian style, we chose a unique colorful and floral napkin. It reminded us to those wonderful Brazilian Art full of flowers and color. All the table decor was provided by Atlas Rental Party and selected by The Creative’s Loft.
The overall design of the dining area from the terrace looked this gorgeous! We fell in love with the work we made for our client in his wonderful private villa. We put a lot of emphasis in the whites and colorful details. Definitely a great balance!

To sum up this wonderful experience and event design…we added very special and unique tropical flowers to both farm tables. Beautiful flowers that gave a different touch to the overall event decor.
