Spring House Party Ideas
How fabulous is having the chance to be invited to a Spring House Party organized by the best event planner in Miami? Yes my dears. Last April, we were lucky to receive Luxe Fête invitation to attend to a luxury and unique House Warming Party.
I had the chance and opportunity once more to be working with her, helping to finalize some details for the party during the week before. It was fascinating to see the great suggestions and spring house party ideas that Nathalie Cadet-James brought to the table. When she is in, means that the result is going to be supreme.
Spring House Party Ideas
So…we were able to experience the whole evolution of the villa. Everything needed to be done, to be decorated and to be thought, in order to host the perfect spring house party. Floral arrangements, tables distributions, dance floor, the mini bar, lighting, live music, etc. Different pieces in a puzzle that at the end of the week came together creating a unique and beautiful house scenario for all the guests.
As some cool ideas for future events:
- We loved the simplicity and natural aspect of the tables floral arrangements. They were made by eucalyptus, lavender, baby breath and a very elegant piece of wood. Those arrangements we placed them in the middle of the table and we also add some vintage candles to give the perfect touch.
- Naked Rum Cakes: a beautiful master piece for the end of the dinner. The Naked Rum Cake to ensure every guest was finishing with a sweet touch.
- Mini Bar Candles: we arranged artificial candles in different spots of the outdoors bar. A great idea to provide with some warm light whenever the guests were asking for a drink.
- Big Outdoor Chandelier: this was the most wonderful piece in the puzzle. A handcrafted chandelier hanging from one of the branches of the main tree in the backyard.

Rokk3r Labs 3rd Anniversary Party Corporate Party Planning
Last March I had the chance to be organizing and planning a very special anniversary party at The Annex for a very known company that I was working for, Rokk3r Labs (Miami Beach). Rokk3r Labs was turning 3 years! It was a very special occasion and our guests deserved an unforgettable experience. We worked with The Annex Chef for a delicious buffet dinner, as part of the dessert we tasted delicious mini-cupcakes from Misha’s Cupcakes, DJ provided by The Annex and photography service from Alex Markow.
A great night, full of good and exciting moments were we had the chance to listen to Nabyl Charania (CEO of Rokk3r Labs) during the presentation of the company surrounded by his parterns; Germán Montoya, Luis Buitrago, Brian Sánchez, Charles Irizarry, Nabyl Charania and Juan Montoya. Drinks, music, friends and nice surprises were not lacking during the party.

To celebrate their growth and 3 years of effort, we organized a beautiful and unique cocktail party at The Annex (Wynwood, Miami) on a Friday night. We had the pleasure to host 200 guests in this beautiful venue. Some of the most known people from the Miami Hub scene like the Major of Miami Beach (Philip Levine), well known entrepreneurs such as Rodolfo Saccoman, CEO of Admobilize; Carlos García, CEO of Nobox; Brad Liff, CEO of Fitting Room Social; Jorge, CEO of Hyp3r.

Bachelorette Party Ideas, Las Vegas
Some weeks ago, my group of girls and I were flying to Vegas to celebrate the Bachelorette Party of one of our best friends, Rosalina. I was too excited and thus even went out with a few of my college batch girls the very same night for a few drinks at a sports bar near me. I love bar games to that extent that I even bought a cricket pro after seeing this cricket pro features. The Creative’s Loft came with the whole decoration and theme for this party, including the layout and design proposal as well as the design and production for all the Bachelorette Kits. We were staying at the Venetian Hotel, Las Vegas for the whole weekend. We decided to rent a suite for the 6 of us. This weekend was something very special for all of us as some of the girls live out of Miami. It was a great opportunity to be all together and have fun…because GIRLS, JUST WANNA HAVE FUN!
Rosalina, the bride, she is a very close friend of mine in Miami. I wanted to surprise her with my girls organizing and decorating the whole weekend party, to really have great memories of it! For the decoration, we wanted something classy, chic and that could match with the suite. Moreover, “gold” color was one of the Bride’s favorite. Basically, we established 3 different areas in the suite; the mini-bar, the girls lounge and the creative corner.
The Mini Bar
There is no Bachelorette Party without a great mini-bar. For this occasion we decorate our table with a gold table linen, gold cups, white straws with gold dots, some props for the bride and the beverages for the weekend. In addition, we placed some little shiny stars all over the table so that it looked “magic”. And last but not least, our wonderful Bombai Sapphire Bottle.
The Girls Lounge
The main suite area full of stars, balloons, and a beautiful couch gathering all the Bachelorette Kits for each of the girls. We came up with the idea of customizing and producing our own tote bags. Each bag had the name of one of the girls handwritten. For this, we applied our own technique with a special black marker and choosing an elegant font to ensure the final result. In the bag, we placed the following things:
Bunny Ears: very cute and elegant bunny ears (the condition was wear them 48h in Vegas, everywhere we went)- Mini Bachelorette Kit: a XS mini kit that includes every single thing a lady need for a weekend out of town!
- Scavenger Hunt: handmade and produce by The Creative’s Loft, where we established up to 12 challenges for the bride
- Personal Postcard: a personal card for each of us with a unique message
- Personal Message for the bride: a classy postcard for the bride, so that the girls could write a message for her!
Bachelorette Party Ideas
In addition, the main table in the middle of the suite was full of candies, necklace, props and cute postcards. We filled the suite with gold & black balloons everywhere, giving a special touch…and having fun while hanging them on the ceiling!!!
The Creative Corner
Just to give another touch and be able to have fun with the girls during 48h, we created an special corner full of creative staff. We prepared some posters dedicated for the bride, a huge amount of games to play while we were getting ready for the party and know the most deep secrets of our Bride! For this, we used some cute wooden sticks with funny quotes, messages and challenges. We also placed a “B” in honor to Beba, bride’s nickname and we also made some cute flags so that the girls could write more challenges and games for the rest of the weekend.

DIY Foam Props
We created these funny and creative foam props for a very special anniversary party in Miami. Rokk3r Labs was turning 3 years this last March 20th and we had the chance to organize their 3rd anniversary party at The Annex, Miami. The venue is located between Midtown and Wynwood neighborhood in Miami, a lovely and vintage place. That’s why the majority of the elements and creatives we were using for this event needed to be handcrafted.
At this point, we came with this cool idea, where we wrote all those sentences and quotes that reflected Rokk3r Labs spirit and way of doing things. These props were used for the Photo Call Shooting, made by Alex Markow, a very cool photographer in Miami! Have a look to his website!
