Beauty Smoothies Workshop by Shambhala Love

Last night we had the great honor to be invited by Shambhala Love and Jucy Lu to their awesome and delicious Beauty Smoothies Workshop. A pop up workshop organized by both companies, which are ran by 3 amazing entrepreneur women.

Vanessa Morado and Mariela Martínez from Jucy Lu Says are always open to bring new ideas to Wynwood and offer a wide variety of experiences to Miami local people. On top of the things and welcoming everyone to their cozy juicy spot.

Rachel Mocholi, who runs her Beauty Food company Shambhala Love, is another incredible woman, very hard working and full of energy. Her mission with Shambhala Love is to inspire, guide and help women find the essence of their soul and body through modern spirituality and our approach to BEAUTY FOOD.

A little bit more about Shambhala Love

SHAMBHALA LOVE is the place within us where we want to meet once our body, mind and spirit are in harmony. Is the feeling that everything is fine, everything is where it should be. It is an act of love with yourself, and once our soul knows it is at home, the inside and outside of ourselves get aligned. Rachel believes in wellness in a holistic, integrated and organic way.

Our wellbeing is not only what we eat, but also what we feel and think, including our relationships, careers and self-love.

BEAUTY FOOD is her personal approach influenced by different disciplines such as macrobiotic nutrition, based plant cuisine,  raw food and medicinal inclusions of Ayurveda in the kitchen.
Beauty Food is the foods, superfoods and the love we take daily, free of gluten, dairy, and refined sugars that give us clarity, nourishing at a cellular level, making us feel fulfilled and free.

Last night Rachel led this interesting Beauty Food Workshop for a few selected women. We had the chance to enjoy a wonderful evening and learn about what are the most important elements we need to take into consideration when talking about Body, Soul and Mind. It’s important to eat good, healthy and balanced but it’s even more important to really feel good with yourself. Because the balance between those two pillars is what makes the difference in our body and mood.

Once all the ingredients were in the table, after Rachel’s Beauty Talk, we had the chance to discuss about our daily healthy issues, our lifestyle, how we eat, what are the drawbacks of living such an stressful life because of our jobs and activities we try to comply with everyday. We started with a few girls and after some minutes, Jucy Lu got a very nice audience. We lived very nice moments, tasting delicious smoothies and listening to a wonderful professional where she explained to us everything we need to know for a healthier life and nutrition.
