What to put on your Wedding Website
Our couples and wedding guests usually tend to have some questions regarding the wedding. Majority of them hesitate to ask the bride & the groom directly as they know they have a bunch of things going on during the last weeks of planning. That’s why we have created this post for you, our beautiful bride, to get all the possible answers to your questions!
We tend to recommend to build a specific section on your wedding website…cuz this is always a great way to address the most important wedding questions. We have proceeded to list the most asked questions by guests (after several weddings) and we definitely think they will be a life saver during your Wedding Planning.
Where is the ceremony/reception taking place?
Our ceremony and reception will both be at Vizcaya Museum & Gardens. Their address is:

What time should we be there?
Our ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m on February 3rd. We kindly ask guests to arrive 2o-25 minutes prior to grab a glass of bubbly and start mingling. 🙂 Or you can always indicate, we kindly ask our guests to arrive at 4pm for our ceremony.
When are the RSVPs due?
Depending what type of wedding are you planning, this time may vary. Having a local wedding, will set a shorter RSVP meanwhile a Destination Wedding will require to get all your RSVPs 2 to 3 months in advance. Here are some suggestions; we would love to know if you can make it! Please RSVP by November 15th by using our RSVP card that came in the mail or via our RSVP Form on our website!
If you have additional events coming up during your Wedding Weekend…
We usually suggest to add a “Details Card” on your Wedding Suite indicating these additional events during your weekend! We start our Weekend with a Rehearsal Dinner on Friday February 1st, at XXXXX in Miami Beach. For Farewell Brunch on Sunday; You are all welcome to our Sunday Brunch on Sunday, February 3rd! The brunch will be held at “specify the venue” starting at 11 a.m.
When talking about dress code
We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail attire! Or if you are going with a more formal wedding, Black Tie Dress Code required.
Will parking be available?
Yes! Valet will be provided free of charge in front of the venue. Or, Yes! We have habilitated a parking lot for your use during the wedding. Or, no unfortunately there is plenty of street parking nearby and it’s easy to park!
Will transportation be provided to the ceremony and/or reception?
We have arranged for Uber ride passes for our event! When booking your Uber ride please use the promo code XXXX to receive the discount.
Can I bring my children?
We love ALL of your children, however we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand!
Can I bring a date?
In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions!

Where are you registered at?
